This initiative is organized by young bipoc emerging street dancers, intended for other young bipoc & lgbtq+ emerging street dancers in the Ottawa/Gatineau community. This initiative organizes consistent public cyphers where dancers can participate in street dance culture in an inclusive, educational environment. Our areas of interest are street dance culture and history, marginalized community empowerment, youth empowerment, and dance accessibility.

Read MoreEnayble Health is a non-profit organization focused on improving health literacy among Canadian young adults by leveraging the knowledge of medical students and allied healthcare learners. Our areas of interest include, promoting healthy, lifelong practices for marginalized populations, improving health literacy, providing resources and strategies to promote lifelong adherence to physical activity, identifying barriers and inequities which under-represented groups often face in their efforts to be physically active, and utilizing a network of healthcare learners to provide tools to promote accessible and culturally competent physical activity counselling.

These activities will be lead by members of the Muslim youth with a passion for science and sharing their skills with others by providing science kits to encourage curiosity.

The companionship that comes from sharing art and thoughts creates so much joy and friendship. We encourage creating art to be an uplifting pass time and stress reliever to students all while debunking mental health stigmas in our community.

We will be working collaboratively with other local groups who fight for other social justice issues closely linked to our climate activism. We will also be hosting online events, creating newsletters, and building a municipal coalition to lobby municipal governments.
