Curiosity Square

What: The objective of the initiative (CuriositySquare) is to provide extra-curricular educational enrichment activities to Muslim students, with a special focus on high-school students. These activities will be lead by members of the Muslim youth with a passion for science and sharing their skills with others by providing  science kits to encourage curiosity.

In their words: “Success in the short term would involve having widespread interest in our activities from members of the Muslim youth in Ottawa and being able to deliver engaging educational activities for them.Providing an environment for learning, experimenting, inventing, and collaborating is key to achieving our goal. We envision that this will provide new avenues for exploration and flourishing for Muslim youth, and in doing so we hope that it will promote justice in access to education and creativity.”
