Youth Action Now supports Ottawa youth and does not fund in-person events that do not take place in the Ottawa-Gatineau region
APPLY FOR THE START UP NOW or momentum grant!
After a break during Covid-19, Youth Action Now is back bigger and better than ever. There are now TWO ways to get support for your change-making! Starting in November 2020, youth leaders in the National Capital region can apply for:
Start Up Now Grants - get your initiative off the ground
Grants up to $1,000
For youth forming a grassroots initiative and looking for mentorship.
2. Momentum Grants – take your work further
Grants up to $2,000
For youth who already have had a Start Up Now grant and want to keep the momentum going, especially during Covid-19
For more established youth-led groups already providing leadership and needing to build on their work
Youth Action Now only supports youth leaders in the National Capital region and does not offer funding for in-person events held outside of this geographical area. Please read our FAQs to see if you are eligible and for more information.
