Queer Youth Action Committee

What: We want to create some activity nights on Zoom for LGBTQ+ youth that will give them a sense of community and togetherness despite this stressful pandemic. We are passionate about working with LGBTQ+ youth since it is a community that we have lived experience with.

In their words: “Success for our group would be to have youth leaving our events with a new friend, increased knowledge about their community or just having been able to have a good time. We believe it is very important to give LGBTQ2S+ and gender queer youth a feeling of community through our events.”
