Project Agape

What: We are going to create COVID-19 care packages for the womxn and girls in and out of shelters that include masks, sanitizers, water, wipes and hygiene products. We would like to host another workshop that educates on domestic violence and the silent pandemic that it has become during COVID-19 and use that to further spread awareness. 

In their words: “This initiative is important because of the demand this issue holds. Every day, more women are being abused and more women are prone to abuse. Success for our group will be made if we see through the follow up surveys we aim to do, that "there is even a 10% increase in understanding and awareness of the issues we are concerned about.”
