January Networking Event: Reflect & Connect
On January 16, 2020 - we held our first networking event of the year. Members from our Governance Committees, kicked off the night with People Bingo. Because of the intimacy of the event we were able to hear from everyone and learn about what they are passionate about and what projects they are working on. At the end, everyone took some time to reflect on their past year and write a letter to their Future Self. What challenges might they want to overcome? What would they like to see changed? What do they hope for themselves in the future? Participants were encouraged to go home and use the website Future Me to send themselves an email in the future.
It was a great evening! Thank you to Rebel for allowing us to use their space, and to Strawberry Blonde Bakery for nourishing us with gluten-free and vegan sandwiches and treats.
