Youth Action Now supports Powershift

Hundreds of young people from across the country converge in Ottawa on the land of the Algonguin Anishnabe, February 14 – 18, for Powershift: Young and Rising. And Youth Action Now will support the participation of 20 local participants.

Committed to building a powerful, intersectional youth climate justice movement, Powershift will feature workshops, panel discussions, inspirational keynotes, music and dance — helping build the skills and knowledge to address climate chaos.

Featured speakers and artists include Eriel Tchekwie Deranger, Kanahus Manuel, Isaac Murdoch and Christi Belcourt. To learn more, visit
